Khloé Kardashian is making snack time stronger.
The reality star and wellness enthusiast just launched Khloud Protein Popcorn, a new line of elevated popcorn designed to deliver on flavor and macros. And with 7 grams of complete protein per 1-oz serving, it’s putting your usual snack packs to shame.
“I’m all about muscle definition and being strong and healthy—not just skinny,” Kardashian told People. “I wanted something that tasted great, didn’t have a ton of ingredients, and helped me hit my protein intake.”
What’s in a bag of Khloud?
Each serving of Khloud delivers:
- 7g of protein
- 150 calories
- 8g fat (1.5g saturated)
- 13g carbs
- 3g fiber
- 0g sugar
That protein boost comes from milk protein isolate, a concentrated, complete protein source derived from skim milk. It’s what Kardashian cheekily calls “Khloud dust”—a combo of protein and seasonings that coats the Nebraska corn kernels after they’re air-popped and lightly dressed in olive oil.
You won’t find any seed oils, artificial ingredients, or excess fillers in this bag, so maybe she’ll be able to count seed-oil hater Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., among its early adopters.
Traditional popcorn brands like SkinnyPop offer just 2g of protein per 100-calorie serving, while most mainstream options range from 1 to 3g. On the other hand, protein-forward snacks like Kudo’s Protein Popcorn deliver more protein (up to 16g per bag) but also pack in more calories (over 300 per bag) and often have a less mainstream appeal.
What sets Khloud apart? A balanced nutrition stack that’s high-protein without crossing into “protein bar in disguise” territory.
Not just a snack, a strategy
Khloud is launching in three nostalgic-but-smart flavors:
- White Cheddar
- Sweet & Salty Kettle Corn
- Olive Oil & Sea Salt
Each 4-oz bag contains four servings—so 28 grams of protein per bag—and will set you back $4.99. Kardashian told Food & Wine that the idea was to create something “easy and convenient” that works for busy moms and snack lovers who don’t want to sacrifice taste for macros.
“I’m a salty, crunchy snacker,” she told the food pub. “I just want to feel good about the things I’m eating.”
Where to buy Khloud Protein Popcorn
Khloud will hit Target stores nationwide, Target.com, and khloudfoods.com starting April 29, with additional retail rollouts expected throughout 2025.

The Kardashian-backed brand is starting with popcorn, but Khloé says it won’t stop there. “We have big plans ahead. I think there’s so much space to reimagine everyday snacking, and I’m so excited.”
A snack with biceps
Khloud Protein Popcorn is a celebrity food launch that seems to actually deliver on its promise.
It’s a smart middle ground between traditional snacks and protein-heavy options, perfect for those looking to upgrade their snack game without adding another chalky bar or syrupy shake to the mix.
And it might be one of the rare wellness snacks that hits all the right notes: macro-friendly, clean, crunchy, and celeb-backed in a way you won’t be embarrassed to admit you buy.
